We joined chef Sandra Macias at Tau Beach Club in Puerto Vallarta for a cooking class that taught us how to make tuna tostadas with the freshest ingredients. The view was dreamy and the result? A delicious bite! Maria, who doesn’t spend much time in the kitchen, left feeling confident she could actually recreate these dishes at home.

Tuna tostadas

Fresh tuna, cubed (90g)
Soya sauce (35ml)

For guacamole
1 avocado, mashed
